Zucca e aceto balsamico – Pumpkin and balsamic vinegar

Un piccolo consiglio veloce veloce è di aggiungere aceto balsamico alla zucca saltata in padella. Buonissima!

Anche il classico zucca e noce moscata però non delude mai, come zucca e prezzemolo.

Zucca… amore tutto l’anno per me, davvero. In padella o in forno, è uno di quei piatti a cui non resisto mai =).

Some quick advice is to add a little balsamic vinegar to the sauteed pumpkin. Very tasty!
The classic pumpkin and nutmeg pairing is also one recipe you can always rely on, as well as pumpkin and parsley.
 Pumpkin… I love it all year round. Baked in the oven or sauteed in a frying pan, it’s one of those dishes I cannot resist =).
